I'd like to recommend anyone who is unsure about how good the cuisine is at a restaurant around Barrie is checks out the Barrie Restaurant Review Blog. They give an honest and accurate breakdown of the quality of food and service you can expect at each establishment.
Ok, well I enjoy eating at a lot of places but my 3 favourite places to take girls on dates are as follows:
3. Swiss Chatlet (as seen above) delivers great tasting food that most people like and a quiet atmosphere where you can have great conversation.
2. Moxies is a little expensive for a first date, but the quality of food and desserts are fantastic. The atmosphere sets the mood for a great night and I've always received quality customer service.
1. PIE Restaurant is located in the southend of Barrie and is my favourite place to take a date. They offer so many different varieties of pizzas and they are incredibly good. The price is very reasonable for the quality of food/service you receive.
